Alternatively, you can drill a hole if you don't want it to be on an outer edge - Mounting the monitor was super easy as today's monitors all fit on the adapter plate - Adjusting the height is a bit annoying. I then replaced the enclosed tool with my ratchet box and it was much easier.- The adjustment range of the arm is incredibly large and the monitor can then be swiveled into any conceivable position.- If you now wobble at the table, the monitor (in my case 24“) hangs more firmly and stably than with the original stand. All the hinges can be manually tightened a little, so that nothing slips at all. I am really convinced, if I had known that such a solid holder was available for relatively little money, I would have switched sooner. Especially as the set includes everything you need or could need. Flawless!

It could have been 10cm higher, because my monitor in particular has the Vesa mount (for whatever reason) at the top of the edge and not in the middle like most.what is not so great is the handling itself - so once you have adjusted everything (and screwed it tight), everything is okay - if you want to change the monitor or the position, you have to adjust the screws accordingly. If you want to change the position of the monitor, you first have to loosen the corresponding screws - because with only slightly tightened screws, the arm does not keep the position of the monitor (especially the tilt function), i.e. the screws have to be tightened bombproof. On the other hand, the 360 degree rotation function is very "loose" - you can't tighten anything here either and you can accidentally turn the monitor slightly. This doesn't actually happen, but it's very easy to do, which is why I think three Allen keys are somehow "too much" if you always have to have them to hand for an adjustment. Apart from that, everything is good and the price/performance ratio is also good. there are no German instructions, unfortunately only in English and Russian.
If you are looking for a monitor mount that is really robust and of high quality (considering the price/performance ratio), you can strike here without hesitation! Robust, easy to mount, swiveling, rotatable. However, there are a few things that bother me: hexagon head screws have to be tightened to fix it in place, which means that the height can only be easily adjusted by holding the monitor (so that it doesn't fall off the Z axis) and loosening the Allen screw. So you should consider and adjust the right height for you when setting it up, unfortunately the mount is also not easily adjustable in the distance to yourself, for this the arm must be bent accordingly, it works, but a bit awkward. I used to have a hydraulic monitor holder, which was more comfortable, but here you are comparing two completely different techniques, and I find the cable guide as a clip and holder for the "bits" practical so as not to lose the hexagonal key. If you want some space on your table and have a clunky stand, you can confidently strike here.There are mounting plates with screw cap (with counter screw) and hole, so there should be a possibility for the most common table tops or desks.Various screws for the Vesa mount are also included.
